We value your expertise and pay per lesson, not per minute. Earn between €3.00 and €5.00 per 25-minute session, providing you with a rewarding income.

英語導師要求

  • English Speakers - Must originally be from one of the following countries: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Philippines (Min. C1 English Level)
  • 通過TEFL，TESOL或CELTA認證 -需要提供您的證書副本。
  • 年齡要求  -18歲至65歲之間
  • 可用性  - Commit to a minimum of 2 hours per week (on at least 2 days).
  • Teaching experience required  - Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of teaching or training experience. Corporate or business experience may also meet this requirement if you've done training or have been in a leadership role.
  • Business English Experience  - Preferably, possess knowledge and experience in teaching Business English or have professional work experience. This background enhances your ability to connect with and engage our students of working professionals effectively. This will help you to relate to our working professionals better. 
  • 自由職業  - Enjoy the freedom of being a freelance tutor, responsible for your own tax declarations.

  • Reliable laptop/PC with webcam (teaching with tablets or phones not supported).
  • Good internet connection (Minimum 10 Mbps download & 10 Mbps upload; wired preferred, WiFi acceptable).
  • Backup power (UPS) for areas prone to power cuts (especially South Africa).
  • Quality headset/earphones for clear audio.

班級信息

  • Engage in 1-to-1 video chatting with students.

  • Each lesson lasts 25 minutes, and we encourage tutors to be ready 2-5 minutes prior.
  • Design your own teaching material, but we offer great conversation resources for adult lessons. You can also leverage online teaching resources and even ChatGPT.
  • Flexibility in cancelling lessons: Tutors and students can cancel lessons 4+ hours in advance without penalties (with valid excuse).

  • Our students primarily consist of working professionals.
  • Students come from various regions worldwide, including South America, Europe, and Asia.

Tell Class支付

  • From €3 to €5 per 25min. per lesson (Depending on where you live & nationality) 
  • Receive 50% payment for no-show regular students.
  • Payments made monthly to your Wise.com account, with low currency transfer fees. Some countries also offer direct payments in Euro, ZAR, and PHP. (Min. €20 payment threshold)
  • Earnings are automatically tracked and calculated.
  • Salaries are paid by the latest 5th of the following month.
  • Enjoy referral bonuses of €20 for each new student that signs up for a monthly lesson plan using your referral link.

申請流程

  • Fill in the application form with details, profile photo 和 profile video introducing yourself to a "pre-intermediate level student" - (30 sec.-1.5 minutes long).
  • If your application stands out, we will request an online casual interview and demo within a few days. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and assess your teaching abilities.
  • Upon successfully passing the interview, you will undergo orientation training. This consists of watching a series of training videos at your own pace, with a maximum duration of 45 minutes.
  • Once you've completed the training, you can immediately set your availability and start receiving bookings from eager students.
